Happy Halloween

The BEST Big Sister

Addison is the best big sister to Kate she loves her so much!!!

First Day of Kindergarten

It is hard to believe that Addison is in Kindergarten. She is still so little, she is so excited to go to a big school now.

Addison is 5

I can't believe that my baby girl is "5" where has the time gone. Addiosn wanted a "candyland" cake for her birthday this year it was not a easy as I thought it would be, she loved it and that is all that matters. we had her party several days after since school started on her birthday we had it the weekend after. On her birthday we had her favorite dinner pissghetti (spaghetti) with just red sauce. Addison you are so much fun I can not believe that you are 5 years old.

Mount Rushmore

This year we wanted to add to our week at the cabin in Island Park. We made the LONG trip to Mount Rushmore. We left Island Park at 7:00 and made it to South Dakota between 6:30-7:00 we could have driven to Disneyland. We took the LONG way there through the park and the entire state of Wyoming. We went through the Big Horn Mountains and they put the Utah Wasatch mountain range look tiny.
Mount Rushmore was amazing. Something that everyone needs to see in there lifetime. We spent a good 6 hours there. The history that is there. At night they have a flag ceremony where they take the flag down for the day, spotlight each president, honor all the military that is there and end the night my lighting the mountain. We went to crazy horse as well did not take any pic it was lame and a waste of 20 bucks. We wanted to go to Custer state park ran out of time and same with the badlands.
I can't believe that I made that far of a road trip being 36 weeks pregnant. I am sure by the end of the trip Nick was ready to kill me, I was so sick of sitting and being in a car by the time that we got home we had gone over 1,000 miles.

Temple Square

I don't think that Addison has ever been to Temple Square in the day or the warmth of the summer. We take her down to see the light at Christmas. It was a blast to have the boys with us as well.

Go Raptors, GO!!

Even more spoiled all the kids got new hats

Every Summer we go to a Raptors game. My dad treats us to a raptors game. My dad is a huge baseball fan he goes a Little crazy at the games. He treats everyone to hot dogs, drinks, popcorn, all the goods that you need to enjoy the game. The kids don't remember who one the game they just remember going to the game and the fun that they had with grandpa.

Rodeo Fun

Addison had to have "REAL" cowgirls boots for the rodeo this year. We went with the maws this year and the kids had so much fun. Addison and Ruby got a surprise when the rodeo queens walked by and they got to h ave there picture taken with what they thought were real queens.

Zoo Fun

How I love the month of July. My sister comes up every year and we play everyday, it always includes a day at the zoo.

3rd times the charm and worth the wait......

Third times the charm is so true.... This was the 3rd time that I have seen U2 and it was the Best one yet, even better that seeing them in Vegas. It was worth the year wait. When Nick, bought the tickets last year and bought GA tickets I was kind of disappointed I wanted a real seat and did not want to stand the entire time. Then a day before the concert I had training down in salt lake I did a drive by and saw the "Claw" and was so excited I could not believe that after a year of waiting it was here. Then I go home and watch the news and see that GA ticket holders were camping out to get the best spot. I Was frustrated that I would not be close to Bono but at least I would be there and hear him. We got to the U around 5:30 and there was hardly anyone on the floor. we were right behind the guardrail on the other side of the red zone 8 feet away form Bono, I could not believe it. We went with our good friends April and Trent so it made the U2 experience even better. April is a U2 junkie as well. In my own personal view I am so glad that we waited because they played lots of older songs, were as if we would have seen the show last year they would have promoted the new album (not that the new album was not good.) It was almost like a best of show and that April and Trent were able to go with us. It After the show I had to get Live at the Rose Bowl DVD, it brought back all the memories, I did not want to buy it before the show I did not want to spoil any of the show. The show at the U was better since I was there and only 8 feet away. Nick, is not a fan of concerts and just went since I wanted to go, I told him a U2 concert is not like any other concert and with this one being a stadium tour it will be like nothing that you have ever seen. He is now a believer, and will be sure not to miss the next time Bono and the boys come to town. I am now glad the we got GA tickets. To bad so sad for those that paid $$$ and were not as close as we were. The only thing about having a seat would have been to see the claw with all the lights, but being right under it was epic and the is what the DVD is for.

The Edge so amazing I love when he sings with Bono there voices are awesome together

we were really this close It was amazing

"Zooropa"

Coming out was "Even better than the real thing"

I'll go crazy if I don't go crazy tonight /discotech remix love Larry and Adam jamming

Adam coming right at us

Bono need I say more

The claw after the show Still in awe that we were right behind the guardrail
